Good Evening loves! I followed through on my promise about today's post! Today I'm sharing some of my favorite iPhone apps. Some are functional while others are just for fun. Check out the apps I use on a regular basis! sportsNBC Sports Live extraI love sports, so I need reliable apps to keep me updated on what's going on with my favorite teams. NBCSports Live Extra, SportsCenter, and WatchESPN are the apps I use most frequently. I use NBCSports Live Extra solely to watch Barclays Premier League games. I'm new to soccer, so the BPL has helped me ease into the sport and gain a stronger understanding of the sport. The broadcasts are live with English commentary. You can also watch other sports like golf, college football, and hockey on the app as well. The best thing about the app are the pop up reminders! I simply double tap the upcoming games I'd like to watch and the app displays pop up reminders about an hour before the game starts. SportscenterWhat other sport media outlet could you rely on if not ESPN's SportsCenter?! It it THE epicenter of sport news. I use it regularly to keep up with my favorite teams. It allows you to pick your favorite teams and receive regular scoring updates and highlights, an all sport search, and the latest in news from SportsCenter. Watch espnAnd to follow up your SportsCenter app, download the Watch ESPN app. You can watch tons of games on your phone! It's great for those games that may not be broadcasted on television. MoneyregionsI use the Regions banking app pretty often to check both my checking and savings accounts. It's perfect for when I'm nowhere near my laptop and I really need to know how much money I have in my account. I can't tell you just how many times I use this app before I make a purchase and to deposit checks if I can't make it to the bank. Be sure to check with your bank to see if mobile apps are available to you! mintI found out about Mint during my junior year of college. If you're looking for an app (program) that will really help you regulate your spending, check out the Mint app or Mint.com. Since I've started working, I use it monthly to help me determine where my hard earned money goes. You can set up categories for spending, saving, and plan payments (or savings) needed for big ticket items like trips, loan repayments, or large purchases. Check it out if you need some assistance with budgeting! It's worth try! registerI got the Square card reader in college to help me further my cupcake business and it's been a big help. When I first started my little in house bakery, I was only able to accept cash. But with the Square I could finally accept credit/debit cards! Needless to say, business increased and I later created a product website using Register. If you're small business savvy, you might want to check out their website and search the app in your phone's app store. gmat prepMagoosh + kaplan flash cardsI relied heavily on Magoosh's website and flashcard apps to help me prep for the GMAT. It was a seamless transition from laptop to tablet/smart phone with these apps. Check them out if you're looking for some serious study resources. *I'm now using Kaplan as a second resource to assist with my improved study plan, photosvscocamI. LOVE. THIS. APP. No, seriously. I am insanely in love with the photo editing app. I'm pretty sure I've only peeled back the first layer of this app and I'm already amazed. The photo filters, editing tools, and the easy to use features get two thumbs up from me! If you haven't already, download this app RIGHT NOW!! SquaregramEver wonder how people get that white border/background on their Instagram pictures? Squaregram is one of the many apps that individuals use! Download it now if you want to give your Instagram pictures a sleeker look. These are some of the apps I use on a regular basis, so take a second to check them out via your phone's app store! I promise you won't be disappointed! xo, Margo
