Celebrating Valentine's Day as a single lady (again) doesn't have to be lonely or lackluster! Since you don't have a date this year, it's a time to treat yourself the way you want to be treated! Check out some of my suggestions below!
Make a Mix!
Finally over your last guy? Or are you still sulking from your last break-up? Perfect! Take all those emotions and create yourself a playlist! Just don't let it be all sad/sappy songs, okay? Give it a nice variety and make sure you can dance around to it! I made one on Spotify (Spotify is sooooo awesome) you can check out! And I didn't forget about those of you in relationships -- here's another one I made specifically for you guys!
P.S. Why Me by Jess Glynne is my fave!
Make Something Tasty!
Heart pizza? Yes, I'll take it! The recipe is so simple and is way better than any frozen or delivery pizza. Check under the recipe tab for more details. And let's not forget, the sugar cookies! I posted a sugar cookie recipe earlier this month and you can find it here. Enjoy!
Pull out your favorite pair of heels and that dress you've been saving! Do your hair and make yourself look pretty! Like the saying goes, "when you dress good, you feel good!". My pants are from here, my top from here, and my heels are from here (sold out but similar here).
Take yourself out this Valentine's Day weekend! Treat yourself to a pedicure or yoga session. Enjoy a glass of expensive wine or a new movie! Maybe even try a cooking or painting class? I've got plans to check out the new How To Be Single movie Sunday afternoon and I'm praying I can get the theater all to myself to enjoy this hilarious rom-com!
All in all, be sure to show yourself some love this Valentine's Day weekend!
